1. Saturday, August 22, Cultural Celebration, 7:00 p.m.: The Cultural Celebration will be broadcast at various buildings: Stop 11, Fishers Stake House, Shelbourne Building and Cumberland Building.
2. Sunday, August 23, Temple Dedication: Sessions will be held at: 9:00 a.m, Noon, and 3:00 p.m. Please attend at one of the buildings: Stop 11, Fishers Stake House, Shelbourne Building or the Cumberland Building. You much have a Temple Dedication Recommend Interview to attend. The Bishopric will be at the Ward Building this Wednesday evening (August 19) for interviews.
3. Saturday, August 29: Visiting Teaching Conference and Brunch: 10:00 a.m. – Noon, Heart, Mind and Soul. Waffle Brunch! Please join us at the Beech Grove Church Building.
4. Beech Grove Relief Society Temple Trip: Saturday, September 19, 10:00 a.m.: Sisters’ Temple Trip, 10:00 a.m./10:30 a.m.
5. Women's Broadcast and Stake Relief Society Service Project: Saturday, September 26. The Stake is looking for fabric donations. Fabric can be 100% cotton or cotton-poly. It can be light-medium solid color or a print (unable to use prints with people, animals, reptiles, bugs, Disney or other characters). Prints with flowers, polka dots, geometric designs, and foliage are fine. Please do not go out and buy fabric!
