Sunday, August 30, Relief Society Announcements

1.  September is the Beech Grove Ward's turn for cleaning the building:  Saturday, September 5, at 9:00 a.m. the following families are assigned:  Crumbo, Zander, Rygg, Simmons, Lokan, and Louie).

 

2.  Sunday, September 6:  Special Ward Fast:  We will be fasting together to pray for names to give to our Missionaries.  Please join the Ward in this special fast!      

 

3.  Stake Conference:  Saturday, September 12, 7:00 p.m. at the new Stake Center (next to the Indianapolis Indiana temple!!!); Sunday, September 13, 10:00 a.m. Broadcast at the Beech Grove Ward Building.

 

4.   Relief Society Sisters' Temple Trip:  Saturday, September 19, 10:00 a.m. (Endowment Session)/10:30 a.m. (Baptisms).  Be sure Sister Durtschi has your name on the list so a spot will be reserved for you.  We will meet at President and Sister Bland's home at 8:45 a.m. to carpool to the temple together.  So excited to be in the temple together as sisters!

 

5.    Saturday, September 19, Tri-Stake Single Adult Picnic @ President Bland’s house, 5:00 p.m.

6.  Relief Society Women’s Broadcast and Stake Activity, Saturday, September 26:  The Stake Relief Society is still looking for bright colored fabric donations.  The fabric can be 100% cotton or cotton-poly. It can be a light-medium solid color or a print. However, no prints with people, animals, reptiles, bugs, no Disney or other characters, no camo. Prints with flowers, polka dots, geometric designs, foliage, are fine.
