Beech Grove Relief Society Announcements (Week of 10-23-16)

Dear Sisters,

Here are the announcements for this week:

1.  October Visiting Teaching:  If you have not already done so, please be sure to visit, call, send a card, deliver a Halloween treat, or text your sisters!  Please let them know you love them and care about them!

2. Ward Halloween Party:  Saturday, October 29, 5:30 p.m. at the Shoaf’s home.  Hot dogs and drinks will be provided.

Please bring: 
Candy to give out for trick or treating from car to car.

A side dish or dessert to share:  If your last name begins with A-P, bring a side dish (examples:  potato salad, chips, macaroni, fruit salad, etc.); if your last name begins with Q-Z, bring a dessert.

Costumes encouraged.  No masks.  Prizes for best boy and girl costumes.  Decorate your car! There will be a prize! 

Rain Plan:  Party will move to the church and families can decorate a door for the kids to trick or treat from room to room.

2.   Bishop's Storehouse:  We need one more sister to help at the Bishop’s Storehouse on Tuesday, November 1, beginning at 8:00 a.m.  If you can help, please let Sister Molly Wentzel know.

3.   November Relief Society Additional Meeting:  Thursday, November 3, 6:30 p.m.  We will be having a Soup and Salad Dinner, finishing up our year of service, and making a very cute “Thankful” sign.

4.  November Building Cleaning Assignments:
    November 5:  Gurman, Gary, Garyson, Gonda, Holmer  
    November 12: Richins, Ginsburg, Holt, Louie, Miranda
    November 19:  Taylor, Hutchinson, Nieto, Rhoads, Rygg
    November 26:  Vorderstrasse, Sperry, Kisko, Mark, Scholl

Please be sure to check the table in the hallway between the Relief Society and Primary rooms for all of the flyers and Visiting Teaching messages/handouts.
